I have to admit, Conflict Management was near the bottom of my elective list. I avoid conflict. So naturally, my tendency was to avoid that class. But my boss encouraged me to take it, for the same reason! And I’m so glad I did! I have enjoyed every day with you and am disappointed that I had so little time to get to know you. You have a wonderful ability to set people at ease, embolden us to try new and uncomfortable things, and help us laugh together at our halting attempts. And you should know that on the first day when I asked around about you to find out what to expect from class, everyone had only positive things to say about you. 🙂 I also wanted to thank you for taking the time and for caring enough to sit down with me and share your insights and encouragement. Your kindness meant so much to me! Warmest Regards, S
