- Known by colleagues and friends as the “corporate plumber,” he has spent the last 30 years in industry, most recently at United Technologies before moving into private practice.
- Alden is a “change agent” who designs, orchestrates and leads large-scale institutional change.
- He focuses on financially-based change processes, business turnarounds and leadership development.
- Alden is a frequent conference speaker and workshop leader and has presented to numerous organizations including the Business Council to the UN, Harley-Davidson, Univ. of Puerto Rico, UCONN School of Business, MIT and Boston University.
- In the greater Hartford area, on WTIC NewsTalk radio, you know him for his Saturday morning coaching segment called STARPOWER.
- He is degree’d in Business and Engineering from Arizona State University, holds two patents and lives in Avon, CT.
